We have two suites that will accommodate 14 people and we have three suites that will accommodate 6 to 8 people.
Our normal business hours are from 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, however, we are flexible and we will work holidays and weekends for an additional charge.
Yes. We have reporters throughout the Capital District and we welcome the opportunity to travel to your office or the destination you have chosen.
We cover Rensselaer County, Albany County, Schenectady County, Montgomery County, Fulton County, Saratoga County, Warren County and Washington County. If you have to schedule a job outside of those counties, please call and we will secure a reporter for you.
Our normal turnaround time is ten business days. We can do expedited transcripts and would prefer to be notified of that need before the scheduled date.
Yes we do. There is no charge for the electronic transcript. There is only a charge for the transcript, itself, which can be delivered in hard-copy form and/or electronic delivery form.
