Yes. We are certified by the Unified Court System to do tape transcriptions. We are listed as such in the manual that the court will send you when you request a tape.

Call Martin Deposition Services and tell us you would like to use our services for the tape transcription. You must then call the court where the hearing was held and advise them that you have selected our agency. The court will then forward the tapes to us.

When we receive the tapes, our transcriptionist will advise you of the estimated cost of the transcript. You will receive an invoice for the cost of transcription and handling. Upon receipt of your check, you will be advised when you can expect the transcript and she will begin the transcription.

Normally tape transcripts take ten business days. If that can’t be accomplished, you will be advised when you will receive it.

If you are already a client, we will send an invoice with the transcript. If you are a new client, we would require payment prior to delivery of the transcript. We do accept MasterCard and Visa, however, there is an additional charge. Payment on matrimonial matters and tape transcriptions must be made prior to delivery of the transcript.
